This was the final wine for our win tasting dinner. It received a 100 by Wine spectator! Yes it was awesome.   

Beef tongue is great in soups as a garnish. It is a great conversation element in the kitchen and lots of laughs with some mature restraint. Happy cooking!  Mark Mattern    

This the season for great sweet treeripened  peaches. That means time to make pies. Here is one I made with my family. Yum. Are you enjoying your late summer harvest?  

Garden tomatoes are an inspiration with ripe peaches. Yum! Pickle peaches with zucchini bread and Brix marinated tomatoes topped with a basil sobert! Is your mouth watering?
